3. Veterinary Responsibility

4. Consultation Bookings
Consultation bookings are confirmed once payment has been received unless otherwise agreed.
By booking a consultation, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and honest information regarding your animal’s health history, diet, medications, supplements, and lifestyle.
- Notify us of any significant health changes prior to your appointment.
- Attend appointments at the scheduled time.
Pure Animal Wellness reserves the right to refuse service where appropriate.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that circumstances can change.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
- Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
Exceptions may be made at our discretion in genuine emergencies.
6. Products & Herbal Preparations
Products sold by Pure Animal Wellness are intended for animal use only unless otherwise specified.
Our herbal products are:
- Handmade to order in Australia
- Made using human-grade ingredients where possible
- Free from unnecessary fillers, preservatives, and additives where stated
Clients are responsible for:
- Following dosage instructions correctly
- Monitoring their animal for sensitivities or reactions
- Consulting their veterinarian regarding medication interactions or complex medical conditions
Pure Animal Wellness is not liable for misuse of products or failure to follow instructions.
7. Shipping & Returns
We aim to process orders promptly; however, shipping times may vary.
Pure Animal Wellness is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by postal services or couriers
- Lost or damaged parcels once shipped
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Due to the nature of herbal and consumable products, we generally do not accept returns for opened products unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
